Strategy & Criteria
Define Success for your customized add-on acquisition search. We take a look at the criteria for financial profiles, capabilities / products, markets, geography, and deal dynamics.

Marketing Materials
Using a combination of client provided materials and our in-house design team, we create a document showcasing our client and their acquisition strategy.

Research
Compile comprehensive lists of target companies based off client’s definition of success, using a mix of industry associations, tradeshows, and online tools for our client’s approval.

Outreach
Through years of business development experience, we have created an outreach method designed to achieve maximum results for shareholders.

Screening
After making initial contact with targets, we screen them based off of all factors defined at the onset of the project. Only the strong make it through.

Introduction
After passing the initial screen, we will coordinate calendars to set up an introductory conference call. Keeping this call high-level to determine fit is the goal.

Financials
If the deal progresses after the introduction, we will gather the initial round of financial information for our client to use in due diligence for LOI preparation.

Deal Close
At this stage in the process, the client takes over and is able to pursue a transaction if the fit continues to be on target.
